Sophia Hill

Operations Manager

Sophia has enjoyed a long and exciting career in the healthcare sector. She commenced working in radiology in 2007 and joined Imaging Associates in 2011. In her current role Sophia manages the operations of our Wagga Wagga practices, manages Imaging Associates’ contractual obligations to the Murrumbidgee Local Health District and Gippsland Southern Health Service and oversees various administrative functions of the organization.

Sophia’s qualifications include a combined Bachelor of Arts (Leisure Management) and Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) which she completed in 2000 at the University of Technology in Sydney. She went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Executive) at Swinburne University in 2018. She brings a wealth of business experience and acumen to her current role as well as terrific energy and the ability to build strong working relationships with people from all walks of life. Before joining the healthcare sector, Sophia worked in the Not for Profit sector, as a fundraiser and running respite programs for underprivileged children and she also worked in marketing and event management.

Sophia is friendly and down to earth and she takes great pride in always providing an exceptional level of service in all that she undertakes.

For Sophia, no two days at work are ever the same and she wouldn’t have it any other way!

Outside of work, Sophia enjoys staying active and she is learning to waterski. She also loves theatre and music (she enjoys having a sing) and is a novice gardener.
