Kristoff Keele joined Imaging Associates in July 2025 as Operating Partner, bringing over two decades of experience in executive leadership, corporate governance, and strategic advisory. His career spans CEO and COO roles, as well as senior positions in private equity and investment banking, where he specialised in scaling businesses, improving operational performance, and delivering sustained value for stakeholders.

A graduate of Monash University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Information Systems, Kristoff has built a reputation for driving growth strategies, leading transformation programs, and building resilient organisations. He has contributed to Melbourne’s civic and business community through his involvement in the Committee for Melbourne’s Future Focus Group, a program dedicated to developing future leaders and shaping the city’s long-term prosperity.

At Imaging Associates, Kristoff works closely with our executive and operations teams to support growth and optimisation. His focus is on aligning strategy with execution, strengthening governance, and ensuring Imaging Associates continues to deliver the highest standards of service to patients, referrers, and partners. He has a particular interest in the role of technology in healthcare, and how innovation can enhance clinical services and improve patient outcomes.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, commercial acumen, and ability to navigate complex environments, Kristoff brings a disciplined and forward-thinking approach to his role.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Kristoff is actively involved in community sport. He has supported local athletics clubs in Kew and Box Hill, helping raise funds to improve facilities and coaching staff, and contributing to the growth and development of junior athletics. With two of his children competing at a national level, he has a strong personal connection to supporting pathways for young athletes and strengthening grassroots sport.
