Please ensure you have your referral with you, as you will be required to take a photo of it and send it to our team so they can complete your booking.
Imaging Associates accepts all referrals, even if written or printed on another radiology company’s request form.
Please note: If you have more than one referral from your referring doctor and need to schedule multiple scans or procedures, please call us directly.
