Latest COVID Protocols
We have instituted a range of measures to help ensure the safety
of our patients and staff.
Melbourne Patients. Please attend your appointment alone. Only under exceptional circumstances can a patient bring a carer or support person. If a carer is needed, please discuss this at the time of booking.
It is a condition of entry, as legislated, that all people entering our clinics wear a mask. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, it is our policy that you provide a medical certificate to verify this.
Obstetrics Ultrasounds. Patients who are pregnant may bring one ADULT support person to attend their appointment. STRICTLY, no children are permitted to attend.
At our Tecoma and Mitcham clinics; Your support person must wait in the car until contacted by our receptionists, who will escort them to the ultrasound room from our front desk. We may need to commence your ultrasound prior to your support person’s arrival.
At our Box Hill clinic; Your support person will need to wait in one of our waiting rooms until called by our receptionists.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during
these challenging times.
All patients and partners/carers.
