Mark O’Donnell

Chief People Officer

Mark O’Donnell joined Imaging Associates in July 2025 as Chief People Officer, bringing extensive expertise in human resources leadership and business transformation.

After studying Education at University, Mark completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Melbourne Business School and the University of Michigan Business School.

His career spans senior HR and operational roles across local and international organisations, many supported by private equity investment. Mark’s background includes customer-facing consulting and advisory roles in HR technology and business improvement, and he has held key leadership positions such as Vice President of Operational Excellence and Head of Operations.

Career highlights include guiding multiple businesses from start-up through sale and public listing, and leading international expansions across Asia and the Americas. He has also received industry recognition in Learning and Experience Management, with several award-winning programs to his credit.

Mark is motivated by creating environments where people can thrive, balancing business goals with a strong people focus. A keen advocate for data and people analytics, he enjoys aligning values and vision to build effective and engaging ways for teams to work together.

Known for his loyalty, practicality and genuine interest in others, Mark brings a thoughtful and approachable style to leadership—qualities that will support Imaging Associates’ growth while keeping our people-centred values at the forefront.

Although new to healthcare, Mark values the opportunity to contribute to a company delivering life-changing services, describing his move into radiology as both refreshing and meaningful.

Outside work, Mark enjoys staying active, spending time with his family, and contributing to his community through local sporting and volunteer activities.
