The Carlton Football Club is pleased to welcome Imaging Associates on board as Official High Performance Partner ahead of the 2022 AFL season.

Imaging Associates are known as leaders in sports, spinal and pain management with clinics throughout Victoria and in the Riverina district in New South Wales.

Imaging Associates have a long standing history of working with elite Australian sporting codes and international athletes, with pioneering work led by renowned musculoskeletal radiologists, Dr Chris Holden and Dr Paul Marks, Dr Mark Rassie and Dr Sam Wong.

Imaging Associates have extensive experience in the AFL field, including game day imaging and treatment, and will work closely with Carlton’s high-performance team to diagnose injuries and develop rehab programs for players throughout the season.

Carlton CEO Brian Cook said the Club was looking forward to working with Imaging Associates to benefit the rehabilitation of its players moving forward.

“Imaging Associates has been long associated with Carlton as our radiology partner of choice, so it is wonderful to now welcome them in an official capacity,” he said.

“Our entire football department will benefit greatly in having such well-respected doctors and radiologists working closely with our side.”

Imaging Associates Chairperson, Dr Chris Holden said it is great to continue working with the Blues after many years of association with the Club.

“We have a great history with Carlton already, so it made sense to join as Official Radiology Partner ahead of the upcoming AFL season,” he said.

“We have worked closely with other AFL clubs previously and are excited to put our knowledge to work with the Blues this year.”
