Imaging Associates is pleased to announce a new partnership supporting the Ringwood Cricket Club!
Ringwood competes at a Premier Cricket level – the recognised feeder competition into first class cricket. Being the reigning Premier Cricket club of the year, with a fully integrated semi elite men’s and women’s program, they align with Imaging Associates philosophy of high performance and being a pillar of the community.
Ringwood Cricket Club’s President states, “We have several young cricketers with State and Big Bash contracts who have extremely busy schedules. With that comes the risk of injury”.
The partnership will give Ringwood Cricket Club access to our experts and industry leaders in the field of Medical Imaging, with a radiology team that has over 20 years of experience in the care and imaging of elite athletes. In particular, the Musculoskeletal Imaging and Procedures that Imaging Associates offer will be vital in providing early diagnosis and treatment pathways for the club’s athletes.
Victorian Cricket Team, Melbourne Stars and Ringwood player Tess Flintoff comments, “When I pick up injuries, it’s important to me that I can get an early diagnosis from specialists that I trust so that if I have to miss games of cricket, it will be as little as possible”.
