Dr Huynh has been working as a radiologist since 2017. She joined Imaging Associates in 2022 and concurrent with this role, she also works as a Consultant Radiologist at The Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Always open and friendly, Yen easily builds rapport with her patients, colleagues and other medical professionals. She performs a wide range of general diagnostic and interventional imaging with a particular emphasis on Sports Medicine and Musculoskeletal Radiology.

Dr Huynh graduated with a Bachelor of Science from The University of Melbourne in 2010 and then completed a Doctor of Medicine at The University of Melbourne in 2014. She then attained a Graduate Diploma in Surgical Anatomy in 2016 and a Master of Medicine (Radiology) in 2021, both at The University of Melbourne. Yen completed her internship and residency training at The Alfred Hospital in 2016 and then her radiology training at The Royal Melbourne Hospital from 2017-2021.

Yen is a dedicated team member whose clinical strengths include keen attention to detail, diligence, and she is great at collaborating with others. She remains passionate about Radiology as a multidisciplinary branch of medicine that is always challenging, one where it is essential to keep learning so as to remain at the forefront of the latest research and developments. Says, Yen “I love that I’m always learning new things from others around me.”
