Dr Windell Ang has worked as a Consultant Radiologist since 2016. He joined Imaging Associates in 2020 and concurrent with his work with Imaging Associates, Windell also provides radiology services at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.

Windell is a conscientious, skilled and experienced medical professional who takes great pride in his role of providing first class radiology services in a regional setting where access to services can be limited.

Windell graduated from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2006. He completed his training as a radiologist at Austin Health and began working as a Consultant Radiologist in 2016. He worked at NorthWestern Breast Screen from 2017-2018 and completed his Fellowship there.

Windell was first attracted to radiology and remains fascinated by it, because imaging is very often the first tool of investigation used in the diagnosis and treatment of disease and it provides him with the opportunity to work with clinicians of all specialties. He is open and approachable and describes the best part of his work as the people he meets along the journey.
