What will you be doing?

As the first point of contact, you’ll take great pride in the care and
compassion you show to patients, along with the quality of the work you do.
By drawing on your medical imaging knowledge, professionalism and
friendly nature, you’ll put patients at ease, guiding them through their visit 
while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
• Welcome patients and provide information about their appointment
• Manage calls and patient bookings
• Respond to enquiries from patients and referrers
• Manage patient invoicing and receipting
